Top-right of heatmap, like a label on a television screen. It is no longer clickable.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Milestone order changed from “28” to “0”
(from [280d22a121c967bfe795fa848c43fe2ba2b44656]) Made sure live status is determined by whether the scrollbar is at the right or not.
The live button is now a label in the top-right of the heatmap rather than a button.
Also, added appropriate licences for J-Base and yellowcar ltd's work.
