When scroll bar is at right, the live indicator is lit.

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Milestone order changed from “25” to “0”
...and when scroll bar is not at right, it's not live.

- State changed from “open” to “resolved”
(from [280d22a121c967bfe795fa848c43fe2ba2b44656]) Made sure live status is determined by whether the scrollbar is at the right or not.
The live button is now a label in the top-right of the heatmap rather than a button.
Also, added appropriate licences for J-Base and yellowcar ltd's work.
