Clicking NOW button jumps scroll bar

When you click the NOW label, the scroll bar jumps to the right, thus firing the 'go live' event

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Milestone order changed from “27” to “0”
(from [22c4afc9579db1ed21dc45ca00e06df138082530]) NOW button next to scrollbar - click scrolls the bar to NOW and scrolls the heatmap
