Create downloadable artifacts

We need in a downloadable form:
- A war for the agent (with the UI inside it)
- An assembly to run the agent just by unpacking and running it. Should include the agent, the demo participants and the tools
Longer term, we'll probably want separate download-able components - but these are extra effort to maintain, and for now, they probably aren't completely necessary.

Committed assembly on the t42 branch, needs some more work, generally involves messing with POMs (see diffs), perhaps we want this in a separate Maven module.

I've looked into this before, and unfortunately you can't. Apparently their downloadables are managed via S3, and they haven't yet cooked up a way of automating that.
