More Packaging Options

#42 describes the most basic packaging to make it easy for users to try out.
Eventually, we'd like to have:
- Standalone core agent (just Jetty and the agent);
- Standalone Tools (just the tools);
- Demonstration Bundle (jetty, agent, demo participants, tools);
This probably depends on #43, since having simplified tools will be necessary to do this cleanly.
