Experiment with Bone CP

.....as a replacement for Derby. The combination of HSQL/bonecp seems to work better for load based scenarios than Derby/DBCP.

HSQL has been implemented as part of #371, so this now only requires getting rid of DBCP.

Note that this currently won't build due to slf4j conflicts in the Jetty classloader.
