Regression in Date Constraint Widening Prevention

As part of #276, we have introduced a regression whereby if an initial range constraint is provided for a date or time, and that time doesn't evenly line up on a year marker(ie, doesn't start on Jan 1 or finish on Dec 12), then the constraining for the Yearly type will widen the constraint to the containing year.
