Zip package contains URL from jetty plugin

The demo participant in the zip package is configured to point at http://localhost:19293/ instead of http://localhost:7654:
AbstractRestClient.scala:30 - Configured to initialize using the server URL (http://localhost:19293/participant-demo/p/upstream) ...
Turns out that there were a number of environmental bugs and the lack of test case that checks the downstream payload, hence a test case should be implemented as part of #6.
