Scroll list to selected blob

When blob clicked, scroll list so row for blob is at the top, or as near as it can get.

- State changed from “new” to “resolved”
- Milestone order changed from “32” to “0”
(from [c348efb149ff163c6f2264e3c5d3743e07b2a0c5]) Now list scrolls so selected row is in view when you click on a blob. It tries to put the row at the top of the container, wherever it is at the moment.
