Remove redundant JS files

There are a lot of copy and pasted JS files (and potentially other static web content) that should be deleted. It seems as if they were the result of prototyping and experimenting. Jonathan, if you could delete the ones you know about, whilst I look into the ones that may have arisen from Michal.
