Support differential updates in Web UI via ?since parameter

The Web UI is currently polling from scratch every time. It doesn't need to do this, since the server can feed differential updates. Given making the UI look pretty is more important, this ranks below that - but will be necessary for making matches disappear.

If you poll for everything, don't you only get outstanding differences?

Yes. But if you poll differentially, then you will get intermediate matches that allow you to incrementally cleanup the UI.

I would like to do this, but I suggest bumping it to 1.0 since I think the interface works quite transparently without. I'll leave it up to you to bump to 1.0 or reassign back to me to do now.
