Include group parameter in diff event JSON

It would be helpful if the JSON list of diff events returned by polling /diffs/sessions/{sessionId}/ included the value of the group the diff belongs to.

I don't think this should be materialized on every SessionEvent because this is inherently ref data. If you take the pair key from the SessionEvent, you can run a GET config/pairs/:id to return the Pair entity which has the group in it. Seeing as this is ref data and won't change that often, you wouldn't necessarily need to call this for every event.
