Participants should not need to know their Pair Key

When submitting a change event currently, a full VersionID is required. This means that a participant needs to know it PairKey to submit properly. Instead, we should provide each participant with their own submission URL, and then use this at the receiving end to record the event against all pairs that contain the participant.
Hence a participant should not send the pair key, rather, it should send a combination of its unique endpoint name and the underlying id of the entity being sent. Probably what should happen is that the ChangeEvent object shoudl get internalized to a PairChangeEvent and an external ChangeEvent object be defined to carry the {endpoint name, entity id} event.

A participant now only needs to know their endpoint name. The event is internally multicasted by the agent.
