Deliver Scan Completion Summaries

We've had a request to be able to batch up repair escalations, and also to execute them in specific orders. This seems like quite a difficult set of objectives to achieve. An alternate approach might be instead to provide more detailed information at the completion of a scan - such as a report detailing the various differences that have been detected. If this was delivered via HTTP POST to a pair-relevant endpoint, the endpoint would be able to process these in an application specific manner.
