Allow up/down-arrow to go to previous/next page in diff list

Currently, the Diff List uses the left/right arrow to change between diff pages. It would be better to also (instead of) allow the page to change when the scrolling goes off the end of the list. Eg, if the last item is selected and down is pushed, the next page should be scrolled to, and if the first item is selected and up is pushed, then the previous page should be scrolled to.
