Create from all outstanding differences on load. Show:
- Date (only shown once per day)
- Time
- Group
- Pairing
- Item ID
- Difference type

- Milestone order changed from “13” to “0”
Since this is another thing that needs to be updated when differences are loaded, I think it's best to have the heatmap and the table listen for a diffsLoaded event and update from that.
