Backbone Heatmap Page

The heatmap page needs to be backed by backbone. The heatmap, difflist and content viewers should be independent views. The difflist needs to be bound so that:
- It is updated as a live list;
- It is properly bound to the lifecycle of the underlying blob so that if the blob disappears, the list also disappears;

- Enable arrow key navigation;
- Don't end up pages that don't exist anymore;
- Fix zooming by key;
