This requirement involves making an instance of Diffa capable of hosting segregated groups and pairings for different users. One way to do this is introduce the concept of a domain that contains groups and pairings. Access can then be restricted to members of a domain. In this scenario, all objects in the config must belong to one domain only - this contrasts slightly to the group notion, where there is no explicit ownership of endpoints. Presumably the the OOTB installation would boot with a default top domain, similar to the "/" vhost in Rabbit.

This depends on #301 landing.

I think that may conclude the broad objective of this ticket - there are potentially some open questions about form and some APIs, but for now the whole test suite is passing on TeamCity => resolving.
