SPIKE: default resolution of heatmap

Guess: 2 hrs in 1 min increments; blobs become clusters when more than one event occurs within 1 min.
This basically comes down to the question: does it look good if single events of chosen size are placed next to each other at this resolution?

At 850 width, the blobs are crushed together so the biggest ones are 3 pixels, which is a problem visually, as there's no differentiation and the labels overlap. I can't fit a x-label in for each minute, although each 5 minutes look nice.

At 1150 width, there are 3 levels of blob size, which is not ideal, but looks better.

Either:
- relax the requirement that blobs don't overlap (there is a general upper-limit to a blob size that ensures a blob never goes beyond its own x-area) - increase the windowLooking at a window of 2 minutes:
- 850 width: looks like this would neatly hold blobs with 5 different sizes

Conclusion: let's go with a default of 2 minute intervals until we get a reason not to.
