Create heatmap from all outstanding differences

This is when loading interface.
- make swimlanes for all available pairings
- lay out blobs by time
- style & size by number of events within min resolution of heatmap

According to generated docs, I can use this to get all the differences in a session:
GET /diffs/sessions/{sessionId}/I create a session by:
POST /diffs/pairs/{pair} - optional is ?start=dateIt will be useful to have a URL to POST to, to create a session for a set of pairs/groups

I have a simple test data array to give something for the interface to display on load.
