AMQP consumer should not ack before consuming message

The AmqpConsumer class currently acks a message before actually doing something with it. Though this functionality so be ultimately implemented in the Accent library, until that lands, we need to put a quick in.
(We also have an issue with the AMQP tests that all use the same queue name and assume that it is always empty - but this bug only affects the robustness of the tests and can get done properly in Accent).
