Implement log verification

We need a mechanism that verifies the invocation of certain logs for testing purposes. An example of this are the {shouldIgnoreEndpointWhereNoInboundUrlIsConfigured,shouldHandleEndpointWhereInboundUrlIsNotSupported} tests in the InboundEndpointManagerTest that only result in a call to the logger - in this case there is no verification that the logger was actually invoked. See ticket #145 for background details.
