Support custom serialization in the agent

To facilitate less intrusive integration with participants that are using a message tap pattern, it would be a good idea to be able to plug in a custom serialization mechanism into the agent. This task includes:
- Defining a robust plugin API for serialization providers
- Register themselves with the appropriate kernel frontend
- Respond to serialization requests
- Building a plugin loading mechanism that loads based on a named Spring context, e.g. load resources from
classpath: */diffa-*-extension.xml
in the plugin jar.
- Write some documentation about how to write your own provider

QA remarks:
json-messaging
- Push protocolMapper instantiation back into the agent;
- Move requestHandlerProxy back into agent tree;
kernel
- Outbound url should never be null - "participant-less"
endpoints should just be created created automatically by the
transport binding;
- Does this eliminate the need for the json-messsaging-endpoint in the baseline config?
- Note that I'd still suggest keeping the baseline config, since it could be a good way of seeding users later on;
- Is declareInboundEndpoint still relevant in this situation?

- They seem to still be pointing to old locations for the rest clients, so don't build any more;
