Web participant sends raw body in change event

The participant should be sending the md5 sum of the body in this event. This means that the version panel in the diagnostic viewer is only correct when during a full refresh - see ticket #127 for related behavior.

Now both {upstream,downstream} web participants md5 the body for each event.
