Diagnostic panel displays content instead of version

The diagnostic panel is displaying the content of an entity instead of it's version when using the demo participants.
Steps to reproduce:
- Add a (id,bar) to the upstream and (id,baz) to the
downstream
- The agent displays the {bar,baz} in the version field of the diagnostic panel respectively
What should be displayed is the md5 sum of {bar,baz}, because this is the version scheme that the participants are using.

Turns out that the downstream participant in the web app was not md5 summing the versions it was sending - now it does.
