Set executable bit for scripts in package

The scripts in the bin directory of the zip package don't have the execute bit set.

Zips don't store unix file permissions. To preserve them, the archive would need to be .tar.gz.

We'll leave this as is for now - those people running this on Unix will probably be savvy enough to run chmod on the script, and I don't think we want to create multiple downloads ATM.
