Please send Content-Type response header when responding to POSTs

When receiving the response from creating a session, Firefox throws "Error: element not found".
I believe this is because a lack of content-type in the response headers means FF is treating the response as XML (which is reasonable since it was an XHR request).
Please set the response Content-Type to 'text/plain' or 'application/json'.
Note: this doesn't actually impair function.
