Discover and cache group ID for pairings

Ben says,
"If you take the pair key from the SessionEvent, you can run a GET
config/pairs/:id to return the Pair entity which has the group in
it. Seeing as this is ref data and won't change that often, you
wouldn't necessarily need to call this for every event."
So do this when differences happen and save the results, since they are unlikely to change within a browser session.
