Push qunit patch back to upstream

I created a patch for qunit-maven-plugin to support test resources via URL and fixed a synchronisation bug with HTMLUnit. I filed an issue on the project page and we're waiting for the patch to be applied, so that we don't have to host the forked version on our nexus instance.
