Remove Spring Jersey source code from our tree

I couldn't get the Spring Jersey POM to play nicely with our build - the issue was that their POM pulled in Spring 2.5.x dependencies. If we can find some way to exclude their inclusion of the Spring modules, we can go back to a binary M2 dependency.

I've excluded the old spring dependencies from jersey-spring in the main POM and deleted the source.

The version of jersey-spring you've now introduced is 1.2, whereas the other jersey libs are 1.4-ea06 - is there a reason for this?
