Allow a full-sync between Correlation store and Difference Store

The changes introduced by #375 allowed for incremental sync between the Correlation and Difference stores. However, the infrastructure still exists to do full syncs. This could be useful in cases where the synchronisation between the stores becomes corrupt, and it needs repair.
When a checkpoint is missing, a full sync will occur - we just need to ensure that when that has happened, the matchEventsOlderThan method is called. Providing a mechanism to trigger this would be useful too.
