Token Authentication Support

To allow for SSO in environments where Diffa users/logins are being managed externally, spring-security needs to be configurable to support token based logins where an external system can provide a token indicating the authentication details of the user. The Diffa user database will still need to know about the user, and role-based information will still be stored in the Diffa database.
