Endpoint parameters validation

Currently none of the endpoint parameters are validated when a DiffaConfig is applied. The EndpointDef class should implement the validate() method. This should include:
- .....
- Checking the maximum granularity field of each RangeCategoryDescriptor is a legal enum for that data type
