Expire matches from persistent difference store

Matches don't need to be kept forever in the persistent difference store, and are likely to use up a lot of space. We should expire them regularly.

Ready for QA. Note that this bundles a copy of #197 (Timezone fixes) and also includes a performance fix to the HibernateDomainDifferenceStoreTest by only creating/destroying session factories once.
