Scripting sandbox for Changes frontend

Rather than having proprietary message bus events get translated into the internal format via a custom code pack, we should embed a script engine inside the agent to perform this translation. This has the advantage that you would only have to upload a script into Diffa as opposed to co-locating code inside it.
