Ability to purge difference events

For integration test purposes it would be good to be able to purge all of the difference events from a domain. This should accompanied by a tutorial to document how to integration test with Diffa and should give some examples of how to purge events between test runs.

Given that with the persistent-diffs functionality deleting a domain (or indeed even a pair) removes the diffs associated with it, is this functionality necessary? A user could simply delete the domain and recreate it to get this behaviour (which in itself is far less of a special-case function).

Yes - this functionality has been superseded by the deletions necessary in #342 -> invalidating
