Offscreen arrows should navigate to next blob

The offscreen indicator arrows could be more than just a visual cue. They could be used to scroll such as the next offscreen blob is now on screen. There could also be a second option to navigate to the furthest blob - this could be made available by changing the arrow head on a mouse over.
