PageDifferences returns events for all pairs in a session

The difflist viewer is broken because the call to /sessions/{sessionId}/page does not take a pair as a parameter and hence returns events for all sessions.

I've created a TC build for this branch to verify that the tests pass.

I've adjusted the date bounds in the failing tests
- In one case so that the default bounds are a lot wider than they were
- In the event mapper test, I centered the bounds around the observation date
