Heatmap breaks when browser is resized

This appears to be a problem with the positioning of the programmatically-generated canvases. When the browser window is resized, the fixed-position canvases behave as expected, but the canvases containing the overlay and the blobs shift horizontally.
jQuery provides an event for this:
$(window).resize(function() { ... })
