Update heatmap with new events

- add appropriately sized & style blob into correct swimlane
- scroll the view if LIVE

- State changed from “new” to “open”
- Milestone order changed from “9” to “0”
How this will work:
- When LIVE mode is switched on, the server is polled for any outstanding errors and the heatmap is repainted with them; the right-hand is aligned to NOW
- When LIVE mode is off, no polling happens and the heatmap is not updated
What is missing is that the server is not actually being polled yet, it is mocked.
The logic for adding blobs at the correct size and style is there.
