Freeze scrolling of heatmap on toggle of LIVE button. Maintain new events in memory (even create the heatmap off screen); when switched back on, jump to NOW.

- Milestone order changed from “8” to “0”
I also need to make it scroll when in LIVE mode.
Set the scroll distance to match the poll frequency.

Am making it so that switching back to LIVE mode does a poll straightaway.
