Sliding window constraint

Being able to define a sliding window for a date constraint
would be
cool. Each end of a date constraint could have one of the
following
options:
- No bound (already available)
- A fixed date (the current behavior)
- A fixed time period from the current system date or time
- A particular cut off date in the future with a floating component, e.g. the 1st of the last or next October
These options could be mixed with each other subject to common
sense
validation constraints.
