Add last activity label

ATM the heatmap does not show any activity when there isn't any, but this is not necessarily a good thing. For example, if Diffa is working correctly, all participants are completely fine, then reflects the truth, but it would be more re-assuring to know that Diffa was still working. So by putting a label of the last activity for each pair may help comfort the worrying end user.
