Swimlane title is not deleted when pair is removed in agent

To reproduce this bug, create some mismatches that will appear in a swimlane. Then stop the agent, delete all of its data and restart. The blobs in the swimlane will have disappeared, but the swimlane still retains its title in the UI - although the underlying pair is toast.
