Deprecate AbstractPolicyTest

After #158 has landed it would be nice to factor out all of the tests in the AbstractPolicyTest to use the new theory framework. This would include working out how to wire in the data constellations required to run listener mismatch notifications. Also, #158 doesn't involve the CorrelatedVersionPolicy - ideally this should be included in the suite.
