Implement default constraints

Reported by Ben Hood | November 17th, 2010 @ 05:43 PM | in 0.9.3

(See ticket #2 for the background to this issue)

The differencing process needs to make a ref data call to a pair config (eventually to be replaced by call to the individual endpoints) to get the set of default query constraints. These constraints are unbounded, but the call to ref data still is relevant, because the correct category function needs to be returned.

So for example:

  1. A pair has a category called bizDate (of the type "date")
  2. The coarsest category function for the date type is Yearly
  3. The default set of constaints is {UnboundedRangeQueryConstraint[Yearly]}

So somehow the bizDate category needs to be strongly typed and needs to be able to specify the coarsest function applicable to it.

This issue is probably dependent on ticket #152 landing.
