Protect matching manager with actor

We could consider invoking the matcher from within an actor, i.e. in the Changes class, migrate the onChange call to the matcher into an Actor. This would mean that the LocalEventMatcher would not have to be as synchronized as it currently is. See ticket #137 for a discussion of actors.
