Log callback after socket listener is online

Currently there is application context callback that outputs this to the console:
2010-10-14 21:42:55,189 INFO Diffa Agent successfully initialized
But when this is logged out, Jetty might not be quite ready to accept inbound connections. It would be better to have a callback that prints out some nice message when Jetty is ready to serve. For note, by default Jetty logs a suitable message to stderr, but to reduce verbosity, the stderr is redirected to a log file. So I guess it is a case of just printing the one message about the socket being ready to stdout.
