Participant web app does not initialize in zip package

This is because the applicationContext of the participant web app is making a remote call to the agent, but the socket listener for the agent has not yet been initialized. Somehow this call has to be deferred.

Fixed this by deferring the declaration to the first client request into the participant app. Also renamed the context of the demo app to be consistent across the dist package and just running from the maven subproject.
