BUG: blobs loaded in wrong place

To see: use the participants web app, having edited samples/declare-same.sh to use WEB-2 as well; create a sample blob; load scenario 1; observe that the scenario data is correctly placed, and that the recent blob you made gets shifted to sit near the scenario's data. Why does it move?

Note: this only happens when the x-axis is extended.

(from [3ee9379d03a70f3e60be72fbb166e5216f65ce09]) Fixed problem where blobs were being loaded in the wrong place - this was because the viewport width rather than the paper width was being used.
